About The position
LJ Rogers Trucking is a long-haul transportation service specializing in dry freight.
We take pride in our equipment with emphasis on maintaining and inspecting on a predetermined schedule.
Our equipment consists of newer model Kenworth T680’s powered by Paccar MX-13 and Freightliner Cascadia’s Powered by Detroit DD-15 ranging from 2015-2023 models.
A successful candidate will be:

- The ability to follow detailed diagnostic troubleshooting guides
Experience with installation of electronic logging devices (ELD’s) and Camera devices are a plus.
Requirements:
Required:
- Mechanical knowledge: 5 years (Required)
- Valid Driver’s license with the ability to obtain a CDL-A
- Own Basic Hand Tools
Preferred:
- Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred)
- Fleet Maintenance experience
- Experience with Diagnostic software (Davie4, Detroit Diagnostic Link, Bendix Acom, and Wabco Toolbox)
- Electric system troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of diesel aftertreatment systems
- Experience with TMT Fleet Management software
- Roadside Repair experience
